About Me

family is everything

As a wife and stepmom, I take immense pride in living and working in agriculture.

By and large, my favorite part of my job is being able to advocate for the western way of life, both through the lens of my camera and in the way I support agricultural businesses.

Lazy Remuda Marketing is built on my own core values: respect, integrity, tenacity, and legacy.

My Background

I graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor's degree in Wildlife, Sustainability, and Ecosystem Science. After graduation, I landed an entry level position with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), a branch of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Over the next 4 years, I would eventually transition over to the non-profit sector, serving as the Executive Director of the Montana Grazing Lands Coalition. Thanks to my diverse professional background, I have been able to serve agricultural producers, build invaluable partnerships, and highlight resources within the agricultural industry.

Photography has always been a passion project for me. I remember when I was a little girl, my stepmom was always taking photos! She took some of the most beautiful images I'd ever seen - her camera went everywhere with us! I suppose I should give credit where credit is due; she always pushed me to channel my inner creative!

In addition to photography, Lazy Remuda Marketing offers a whole host of contract-based services to help agricultural organizations sharpen their message, connect with their audience, and tell the story of their impact far and wide. Whether it’s curating in-person gatherings, building communications strategy, designing websites or graphics, facilitating workshops to engage partners, or being behind the camera to capture the essence of a brand, I bring the same level of authenticity and industry experience to every project!

My experience working in agriculture carries over seamlessly into my interactions both behind the camera and in event production. I understand the do's and don'ts of the industry and utilize that knowledge to showcase the most impactful facets of our industry. It is both my job and my passion to highlight the people, places, and practices that make the agricultural industry such a special place.

My "Why"

The People

My favorite part of the job, by far.

I get to meet, photograph, and support some of the toughest, handiest men and women this side of the equator! They're hard-working individuals with a real story - a legacy that I feel privileged to share with the world.
